Return Policy

 Thank you for your purchase!

We hope you’re happy with your item. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to size selection or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email authenticlifestyle.us@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely repackage the item in its original packaging along with the provided return form, and mail it to the return address included.

Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within three (3) business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been approved and processed.

EXCEPTIONS

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at the email below so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

PLEASE NOTE

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
